Michele Zhou '14 earned the highest composite score possible on the ACT exam. The ACT consists of tests in English, mathematics, reading and science, with each test scored on a scale of 1-36. A student's composite score is the average of the four test scores.

Typically less than one-tenth of one percent of all test takers achieve this impressive accomplishment. Among the high school graduating class of 2012, more than 1.6 million graduates took the ACT, with just 781 of those students earning a top score.

Congratulations, Michele!
