Her experience with the Conscious Discipline program began with her implementation in her Early Childhood classroom. As she witnessed a transformation in her teaching and her students, she became a strong advocate for Conscious Discipline. Speidel is a foster parent, a birth parent and an adoptive parent and shares her passion with teachers, parents and those in the medical field. She knows the “beauty and the mess of the journey with children," and she can offer parents a meaningful perspective of how Conscious Discipline will support you in your parenting and in your personal journey.
